1. Services Provided
OZAIN PTY LTD provides education consultancy and migration assistance services. Our migration services are provided by or under the supervision of MARA-registered migration agents. Education consultancy services include course selection guidance, application assistance, and enrolment support.
2. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While OZAIN PTY LTD endeavours to provide the highest quality advice and assistance, we cannot guarantee specific visa outcomes or course placements, as final decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs or educational institutions. We provide professional advice based on our expertise and the information you provide us.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information to enable us to advise you correctly
- Inform us promptly of any changes in your circumstances
- Meet all financial obligations to our firm as agreed
- Comply with all Australian immigration laws and visa conditions
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees will be outlined in your engagement agreement or service contract. Fees are generally non-refundable once services have been commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party fees (visa application charges, assessment fees) are separate and payable directly to the relevant authority.
5. MARA Information
Our MARA-registered migration agents are bound by the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. If you are dissatisfied with the services of a migration agent, you may make a complaint to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA). 6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OZAIN PTY LTD's liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for those services.
