Employer Sponsored Visa Pathways

Australia's employer-sponsored visa program allows businesses to fill skills gaps with overseas workers, and workers to obtain Australian residency through an employer's support.

Subclass 482

Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS)

Allows approved employers to address labour shortages by bringing in skilled overseas workers for up to 2 or 4 years, with a pathway to permanent residence.

Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS)

Permanent residence for skilled workers nominated by an approved Australian employer. The most direct employer-sponsored pathway to Australian PR.

  • Temporary Residence Transition stream

  • Permanent residence from day one
  • No ongoing work requirements post-grant

Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional

Provisional 5-year visa for employer-sponsored skilled workers to live and work in regional Australia, with a pathway to permanent residence via Subclass 191.

    Visa Application

    You lodge your visa application as the nominated worker. We prepare and review all your personal documentation.

    Visa Granted

    Once approved, you can work for the sponsoring employer in Australia — with options to extend or apply for permanent residence.
